About the role

The Sales Representative at palliative bsbl is a part‑time remote position focused on promoting palliative care services and solutions to prospective and existing clients. You will identify and qualify leads, deliver online sales presentations and maintain compassionate communication throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct online sales presentations, and follow up with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Manage the sales pipeline, update CRM records, collaborate with internal teams on client needs, and participate in training sessions.
• Meet agreed‑upon sales targets and provide feedback to improve sales processes and client experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and empathy.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
• Proven sales experience or aptitude in lead generation, prospecting and closing deals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
