About the role
Wolfi's is building a pool of enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Specialists for its fast-paced bicycle stores in Abu Dhabi. The role suits someone with a passion for cycling, a good understanding of the bicycle industry and a proven sales record. Female candidates are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Keep up to date with product features, advantages and benefits.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar, ideally in the bicycle industry.
- Strong knowledge of bicycles and related products.
- Ideal candidate: a passionate cyclist or enthusiast who enjoys connecting people to the right gear.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
