Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives across Dubai and the North‑East region of the UAE. Reporting to the Department Head, the role focuses on territory coverage, pipeline management and achieving both individual and team sales targets while expanding the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise sales representatives to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, field follow‑ups and coaching sessions.
• Monitor sales performance, review forecasts, customer visit plans and pipeline activities.
• Identify business expansion opportunities, new product introductions and market development initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, KOLs and stakeholders.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely responses and issue resolution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and pricing changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address order‑related matters and support receivables management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in UAE pharmaceutical distribution with strong relationships with pharmacy chains, hospitals and purchasers.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
