About the role
The Sales Supervisor is a part‑time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, offering some flexibility for remote work. You will lead daily sales activities, guide representatives, and ensure targets align with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee sales representatives, monitor performance and support achievement of targets.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports and contribute to promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate customer interactions, handle escalated inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide training and coaching to develop the sales team’s capabilities.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
- Effective team‑management and training skills to supervise and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills for relationship building.
- Experience in sales supervision or retail/service environments is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Competence in basic office software.
