Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist (Arabic, French and English)

About the role

Brixio is looking for a Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist to strengthen its commercial operations across the MENAT region. The role supports the end‑to‑end sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, partners and distributors to move opportunities from engagement to quoting, follow‑up and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage draft quotations for Cloudflare licensing, professional services and managed service plans.
• Translate technical scoping from Sales Engineers into quote‑ready commercial documentation.
• Coordinate pricing, approvals and quote submissions with Cloudflare distributors such as Mindware.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and account data in Zoho CRM and produce weekly sales reports.
• Track renewals, schedule client demos and onboarding sessions, and act as operational point of contact when Account Executives are unavailable.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations or commercial coordination within a B2B technology, SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work full‑time aligned with Gulf Standard Time.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
