Sales Support – VAS

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are iconic homegrown brands operating across the UAE, connecting millions of users to online search experiences. As a Sales Support – VAS you will manage VAS KPI reports, monitor daily performance, coordinate invoices with B2B vendors and drive telesales for multiple products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads.
• Follow up and track payments from partner banks.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate responses.
• Record details of non‑Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken.
• Handle telesales for VAS products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Experience in automotive, banking or sales support within the UAE.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Past experience using CRM software.
• Strong automotive market knowledge and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Professional telephone etiquette and data‑entry skills.
