About the role
Brightstar Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking a motivated Salesman for its Dubai office. The role focuses on building customer relationships, promoting products or services, and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote products or services and assist customers with purchasing needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide accurate product information and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE visa is preferred for priority consideration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales objectives.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation and client relationship management.
