SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Project Based (S/4HANA Cloud)

About the role

Al Fahim Group is seeking a hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to lead the HR transformation program for a 1‑year project (extendable). The consultant will configure and validate SuccessFactors modules, act as the internal HR Design Authority, and ensure the implementation partner delivers a solution that meets SAP best practices, company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end techno‑functional solution definition across assigned SuccessFactors workstreams, challenging designs and ensuring cross‑module integrity.
• Own senior‑level delivery from discovery, fit‑gap workshops, configuration oversight, data migration, SIT, UAT, cut‑over planning, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to redesign processes, standardise and automate while minimising customisation.
• Drive functional‑technical integration discussions, review integration specifications and govern data flows between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and third‑party systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with hands‑on configuration and delivery responsibility.
• Participation in at least one full‑cycle SuccessFactors implementation covering Employee Central and at least one talent, time or payroll workstream.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC HR and payroll practices, data privacy and HR controls is an advantage.
