SAP Technical Delivery & AMS Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Technical Delivery & AMS Lead to oversee governance, operational stability and technical delivery of enterprise SAP Public Cloud environments across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance and operational oversight of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments.
• Establish and manage recurring AMS governance activities, service reviews and technical priorities.
• Monitor incidents, service requests and DevOps tickets, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate technical and techno‑functional teams to resolve complex platform issues and drive continuous improvement of AMS processes.
• Lead release and change management for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition within a 3‑system landscape, including release assessment, testing, deployment and business continuity.
• Deliver “What’s New” sessions to technical and functional teams and govern technical changes, transports and deployments.
• Oversee SAP BTP administration, including CPI, Multi‑Bank Connectivity and Document & Reporting Compliance, monitoring iFlows, integrations and overall platform health.
• Manage SAP OSS activities, technical escalations, S‑User access, certificate lifecycle and e‑Token updates for e‑invoicing compliance.
• Provide technical advisory and troubleshooting across the SAP platform.
• Conduct IAM and authorization reviews, support GRC audits and maintain appropriate technical controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition technical delivery and AMS.
• Proven experience leading release and change management in a multi‑system SAP landscape.
• Strong background in SAP BTP platform administration and integration monitoring.
• Experience with IAM, GRC and compliance processes.
