SAP Test Manager – S/4HANA Migration Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Management Lead to drive ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using the Brownfield approach and SAP Activate methodology. The role requires strong functional expertise across Procurement, Finance and HR, and hands‑on experience with automation and performance optimisation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end S/4HANA migration/conversion projects using the Brownfield methodology.
• Apply the SAP Activate framework for planning, execution and governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide functional expertise in Procurement (MM, EWM, Ariba), Finance (FI/CO) and HR (HCM/SF).
• Implement automation tools for testing and optimise performance.
• Utilise SAP CALM for project monitoring and Signavio for process modelling.
• Manage stakeholders and develop risk mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading S/4HANA migration projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Finance and HR processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
