About the role
GEMS Wellington Academy in Silicon Oasis is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to start in August 2027. Required profile
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Science to Key Stage 4/Key Stage 5 or equivalent age groups.
- Growth‑mindset with reflective, solution‑focused practice.
- Creative, enthusiastic approach to lesson planning and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents.
- Proven record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.
- Desire to contribute to extra‑curricular programmes and community events.
- Commitment to uphold safeguarding standards and school values.
