Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Science to Key Stage 4/Key Stage 5 or equivalent age groups.
• Growth‑mindset with reflective, solution‑focused practice.
• Creative, enthusiastic approach to lesson planning and delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents.
• Proven record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.
• Desire to contribute to extra‑curricular programmes and community events.
• Commitment to uphold safeguarding standards and school values.
