About the role

The NMDC Group is seeking a qualified Second Officer to join its fleet. You will be responsible for safe navigation, watchkeeping and supporting anchor handling operations under the master’s direction.

Key responsibilities

Perform sea, port and anchor watches according to master instructions.
Plan voyages and maintain the Log Book.
Correct and order charts, nautical publications and other IMO‑required documents.
Supervise and check navigational equipment, lights and day marks.

Required profile

High School Diploma.
Officer of Watch Unlimited certificate (II/2).
Minimum 2 years experience as Second Officer on anchor‑handling tugs.
Good English communication skills.
