Secondary Market Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Telesales Executive to manage sales and leasing activities in Dubai’s secondary property market. You will engage with property owners, buyers and tenants, building listings and arranging qualified viewings across assigned communities.
Key responsibilities
- Contact property owners to source properties available for sale and rent.
- Maintain accurate listing details, including asking prices, rental rates and availability.
- Understand buyer and tenant requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Monitor community price trends, competing listings and market demand.
- Coordinate property viewings and follow up with owners, clients and consultants.
- Update the CRM with call outcomes, client feedback and next steps.
Required profile
- Strong English communication and outbound calling abilities.
- Experience in telesales, real‑estate sales, leasing or lead generation.
- Consistent follow‑up skills and ability to build relationships with owners.
- Knowledge of Dubai communities and the secondary property market is a plus.
