Security Consultant – OT Cybersecurity

About the role

Support the delivery of OT Cybersecurity engagements across consulting, engineering, architecture, design, and implementation. This role blends advisory expertise with hands‑on technical delivery, partnering with clients, OT teams, OEMs, and technology vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, gap analyses, risk assessments and security reviews for industrial and critical infrastructure environments.
• Design and engineer OT security solutions, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring and vulnerability management.
• Develop high‑level and low‑level designs, security architectures, technical specifications and implementation roadmaps.
• Participate in technical design workshops, system integration, testing, commissioning and operational handover activities.
• Apply industry standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP and ISO 27001/27019.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of cybersecurity experience with significant exposure to OT/ICS environments.
• Proven experience delivering OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design and implementation engagements.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, communication protocols and control systems.
• Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators and industrial technology vendors.
