Security Shift Leader – Female Applicants Required

About the role

The Security Shift Leader will uphold Six Senses’ vision and values while delivering a safe and exceptional experience for guests and colleagues. This full‑time, onsite position requires a female professional to lead security operations during assigned shifts at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in controlling, coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in securing resort properties, guests and hosts.
• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the resort and oversee outsourced uniformed guards.
• Represent the Security Manager on shift, handling emergencies in line with resort policy.
• Review and verify security reports at the end of each shift for accuracy.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of incidents and maintain confidentiality.
• Inspect security posts to ensure full coverage and record unusual incidents in the logbook.
• Check fire and life‑safety equipment to ensure they are within expiry limits.
• Perform random bag inspections of hosts, vendors and suppliers entering or leaving the resort.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong administrative abilities, including maintaining records and preparing incident and security reports.
• Excellent command of English and proven team‑leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and uphold high safety standards.
