Security Supervisor – Hotel Safety Lead

About the role

Lead the security team at Mama Shelter Dubai, ensuring a safe environment for guests, colleagues and the property. You will oversee daily security operations, conduct patrols and respond to incidents with professionalism and calm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the security team, organise shift briefings and debriefings.
• Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, access‑control and alarm systems throughout the hotel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and alarms, ensuring calm and effective action.
• Carry out inspections, enforce access control and protect guests, staff and property.
• Investigate theft, damage or unauthorized access and produce detailed reports.
• Liaise with SIRA, local police and emergency services as required.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability to guide a security team.
• Calm under pressure with strong decision‑making in emergencies.
• Keen eye for detail to identify risks before they become issues.
• Excellent communication with guests, staff and authorities.
• Integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive information.

Required skills

• Operation of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Management of access‑control and alarm equipment.
• Use of radios and other security communication tools.
