Senior Account Executive – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Prosek is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its new Abu Dhabi office. The role combines media relations, strategic client counsel and team leadership within a fast‑growing, award‑winning communications agency.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the account team in maintaining editorial calendars, media target lists, speaking and awards schedules.
• Develop and pitch creative story ideas that align with clients’ business objectives.
• Oversee campaign reporting, analyse results and present performance summaries to clients.
• Build and sustain relationships with journalists covering relevant industries.
• Write and edit press releases, fact sheets, bylines, blog posts and other client communications.
• Provide day‑to‑day client liaison, strategic counsel and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media relations and PR writing within the financial or professional services sector.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to oversee multiple client accounts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, mentorship‑focused approach.
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and able to work on‑site at least three days per week under a hybrid model.
