Senior Account Executive – Social Media

About the role

digitalfarm is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to lead the management and delivery of social media accounts for a diverse portfolio of brands. You will act as the bridge between clients, account managers, and internal creative teams, ensuring that social media strategies are executed flawlessly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support client account management, maintaining clear communication and timely project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client coordination and account needs.
• Assist in developing social media strategies, content plans, and campaign proposals.
• Coordinate content calendars, creative briefs, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and community management teams to meet deadlines.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Prepare client meetings, status updates, presentations, and performance reports.
• Monitor social media performance and help generate insights and campaign reports.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback to ensure smooth workflow.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Support new‑business activities such as research, presentations, and proposal development.
• Provide guidance to junior team members when needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven track record managing social media accounts and coordinating client deliverables.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and client‑servicing abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
