Senior Account Manager

About the role

Keyloop is looking for a Senior Account Manager to nurture long‑term partnerships with existing clients in the UAE while covering the UK market. The role spans the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and requires a strong track record in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a quota‑carrying sales role, selling Keyloop automotive solutions and upselling/cross‑selling additional products to the existing client base.
• Travel to client meetings across the UK and maintain relationships with UAE customers.
• Own the end‑to‑end sale of the full suite of Keyloop solutions in the assigned region.
• Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy and sales operating plans.
• Maintain weekly work‑in‑progress and sales activity updates in Salesforce.
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Layered Apps teams to deliver an “Experience First” approach.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and account‑relationship experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven record of sales growth driven by business‑process optimisation.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven, resilient, ambitious and highly motivated.
