Senior Accountant FP&A and Projects Support

About the role

Act as the finance focal point for assigned development projects, supporting the CFO and accounting leadership with FP&A, project accounting, operating-model implementation, and management reporting. The role ensures budgets, KPIs and controls are applied consistently across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project and corporate budgets, rolling forecasts, cash-flow projections and maintain financial models for cost-to-complete, cash-burn and margin analysis.
• Support KPI scorecard development, collect and validate data, and produce monthly dashboards for senior FP&A review.
• Assist with ERP migration and operating-model implementation, including process mapping, data validation, user testing and issue resolution.
• Act as primary finance contact for projects, coordinating budgets, forecasts, certifications and financial reporting with project managers.
• Execute month-end close activities, review project financial data for accuracy and compliance, and monitor costs, commitments and emerging risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, project finance or management reporting, preferably in real-estate development or construction.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel and business-intelligence tools; Oracle Fusion experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and internal controls.
