Senior Advisor – Global Health Policy & Industry

About the role

CALYX Consulting seeks a Senior Advisor with deep expertise in global health policy and the life‑sciences sector. You will guide clients on how international health policies and regulatory shifts impact their operations, market access and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor worldwide health‑policy developments and interpret implications for pharmaceutical, vaccine and medical‑device companies.
• Assess policy and regulatory risks affecting market entry, supply chains and cross‑border projects.
• Prepare policy briefings, research reports and actionable recommendations for senior decision‑makers.
• Participate in client meetings, advising on market opportunities and strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in public health, health policy, life sciences or a related field.
• Significant experience with international health organisations (e.g., WHO, Gavi, Global Fund), government, consulting or life‑sciences companies.
• Strong ability to translate complex policy developments into clear business implications.
