Senior Affiliate Manager – Europe, MENA & Asia

About the role

DFO Performance is seeking a senior affiliate manager to lead revenue‑driving affiliate programs across Europe, the Middle East & North Africa, and Asia. This is a performance‑focused, commercial role that requires immediate activation of high‑value affiliates and ownership of the resulting revenue and profit.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑volume affiliates, publishers, media buyers, and networks in the target regions.
• Manage affiliate relationships, negotiate payouts, caps, and performance terms.
• Own monthly affiliate revenue and profit targets, driving incremental revenue from new and existing partners.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPA, EPC, CVR, AOV, contribution margin, and traffic quality.
• Scale successful affiliates to achieve multi‑million‑dollar monthly portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an affiliate portfolio that generated at least $1 M USD in a single month.
• Successfully recruited or developed a minimum of three affiliates each delivering $100 K+ USD monthly revenue.
• Established network of at least ten serious affiliates, publishers, media buyers, or networks across Europe, MENA, or Asia.
• Direct responsibility for payout decisions, profitability analysis, and traffic quality assessment.
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly affiliate revenue and profit targets.
