Senior AI/ML Sales Specialist – Generative AI

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a senior sales professional who combines deep AI/ML knowledge with a strong customer‑obsessed mindset. As a Generative AI Sales Specialist you will drive adoption of AWS Generative AI services across the MENAT region, helping enterprises unlock new value streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑value customer opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Engage with line‑of‑business, data‑science, IT and executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and align them with AWS Generative AI solutions.
• Own the full‑cycle sales process—from lead generation and account planning to closing and post‑sale enablement.
• Develop and execute opportunity win plans that drive revenue and meet quarterly targets.
• Maintain expert knowledge of AWS Generative AI services, foundation models and related cloud offerings.
• Conduct executive‑level conversations that articulate the strategic impact of generative AI.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• Strong business acumen combined with a solid background in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment.
