Senior Analyst – Contracts Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst – Contracts Management will review, analyse and advise on all contractual matters, ensuring compliance with ADNOC policies, procedures and international standards. The role supports cost optimisation, tender evaluation and the negotiation of pricing and terms with third‑party suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse and advise on contracts, tenders and new opportunities, ensuring alignment with central policies and delegation of authority.
• Participate in contract negotiations, prepare proposals for cost optimisation and monitor contract performance.
• Oversee contract change requests, frame agreements, and the contract closure process, including verification of acceptance certificates and release of performance guarantees.
• Coordinate with internal focal points and external suppliers to ensure implementation and compliance with contractual terms.
• Lead periodic reviews, amendments, extensions and variations of agreements and monitor savings from framework contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in contracts or procurement within a large organisation, preferably oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of contract and tendering practices, legal terms and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven contract negotiation, preparation and dispute‑resolution skills.
• Leadership abilities and effective written and oral communication.
