Senior Analyst – Financial Planning and Management Reporting

About the role

The Senior Analyst will lead the development and implementation of financial planning, controlling, and management reporting across the group. The role supports the Planning & Controlling function by enhancing MIS reporting, driving process improvements, and ensuring accurate financial consolidation for the holding company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports for Finance Planning and Control.
• Maintain detailed records of periodic reports submitted to the holding group and external agencies.
• Support implementation of financial planning and internal control systems at new sites.
• Design and automate reporting procedures for periodic reporting to the holding group.
• Conduct inter‑plant cost, efficiency and KPI analyses.
• Review cost centers, assist owners with expense and budget details, and monitor pricing and margin calculations.
• Produce weekly and monthly Management Report presentations and the Monthly Steel Performance Report.
• Develop annual business plans, five‑year financial models, and long‑term forecasts.
• Assist with consolidation, group reporting, and preparation of periodic finance and costing reports.
• Contribute to the Value+ Programme to achieve annual EBITDA enhancements.
• Support sales pricing, procurement costing, and related financial calculations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, controlling, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work across multiple sites and functions.
• Experience in preparing business plans, forecasts and financial models.
