Senior Analyst - Industrial Transactions, Leasing Advisory

About the role

JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Leasing Advisory team, focusing on Industrial Transactions. The role involves executing industrial brokerage mandates, managing client relationships and supporting business development across the industrial and logistics sector, working closely with institutional and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake industrial brokerage projects, including leasing or sale/purchase of industrial assets on behalf of clients (end-users or owners)
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic advisory services to institutional and corporate clients
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings and negotiations
• Work with JLL platform tools and standard real estate online listing systems
• Maintain daily upkeep of in-house databases and log live tenant requirements
• Drive new business through client targeting, presentations and proposal preparation
• Contribute to revenue generation within a team context
• Collaborate with other departments across the region and internationally
• Represent JLL at client presentations and market events, keeping an online presence in line with JLL protocols

Required profile

• Prior experience in industrial or logistics real estate transactions
• Strong understanding of leasing and sales/purchase processes for industrial assets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship management with institutional and corporate clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially for data management and reporting
• Proactive approach to business development and client targeting

Required skills

• Proficiency with real estate platform tools and online listing systems
• Industrial and logistics real estate knowledge

The position is based on-site in Dubai, UAE, within a leading global real estate advisory firm, with exposure to institutional-grade clients and cross-border collaboration.
