Senior Associate – Enterprise Risk Services (GRC, Telecom Focus)

About the role

As an Advisory Senior, you will make a significant technical contribution to client engagements and internal projects. You will build and maintain internal and external relationships, identify business opportunities for KPMG, and ensure risk, compliance and governance issues are escalated appropriately.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct COSO‑aligned risk assessments, develop ICFR testing programs and present remediation actions to clients.
• Perform internal audit risk assessments, design audit programs, and deliver detailed audit reports.
• Advise on corporate governance structures, draft delegation of authority documents and support annual governance reporting.
• Lead enterprise‑wide risk assessments, create risk registers, heat‑maps and dashboards for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CIA, CRMA, CRICS or ACAMS.
• 2–4 years of audit or related business experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with COSO implementation and ICFR testing.
• Knowledge of data analytics, internal audit methodologies and corporate governance frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise risk management and risk assessment tools.
