Senior Associate Media – Digital Campaign Lead

About the role

The Senior Associate, Media will develop and execute 360° digital media strategies to boost online presence, drive engagement and achieve marketing goals for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and oversee digital campaigns across social media, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes, including budgeting, performance tracking and KPI reporting.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high‑quality, engaging content.
• Analyse market trends and user data to inform strategy and optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years experience in digital media, marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with digital media platforms and campaign management.
• Knowledge of social media and digital advertising strategies.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (social media insights).
