Senior Associate – Post‑Joining Consultant, Talent Attraction & Acquisition

About the role

The Post‑Joining Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires across the MENA region. Reporting to EY’s Talent team, you will act as the trusted advisor for new joiners from day one through Day 90, ensuring a smooth transition into their role, team and location.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for new joiners from start date through Day 90.
• Provide guidance on travel, documentation, medical requirements and onboarding activities before the joining date.
• Develop personalized Day 1 plans and coordinate IT setup, workspace allocation, induction schedules and access cards.
• Support immigration, residency and relocation processes, including assistance for dependents.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Immigration, HR Enablement, IT, AWS and business stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records, reporting and compliance with local regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the new‑joiner experience.

Required profile
