Senior Associate – Salesforce Lead

About the role

Run the Salesforce platform day‑to‑day for the Group’s commercial operations, translating strategy set by the Senior Vice President into delivered, adopted capability. The role works with the Salesforce Practice Architect and an outsourced Solutions Factory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce initiatives and enhancements end‑to‑end through the outsourced Solutions Factory model.
• Own the platform backlog: intake, prioritization, specification, testing and release.
• Enforce disciplined release management across Salesforce environments.
• Work with commercial business teams to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Ensure quality of Solutions Factory output through code review, test coverage and environment hygiene.
• Support consolidation of fragmented Salesforce instances into a standardized Group estate.
• Monitor platform health, license utilization and user adoption, acting on gaps.
• Manage escalated incidents and service requests with Technology Operations.
• Protect stability of commercial operations during releases and platform changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years in Salesforce delivery roles, including leading delivery through partners or outsourced models.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and platform configuration.
• Experience in release management, environment strategy and quality assurance on Salesforce.
• Multi‑entity experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder or Architect track) strongly preferred.
