Senior Associate/Consultant – Technical Advisory (Energy & Resources)

About the role

We are a leading global professional services firm seeking a dynamic Senior Associate/Consultant to join our Advisory – Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The role focuses on delivering risk‑based internal audit, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management services to clients in Energy, Natural Resources, Manufacturing and Utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients across the targeted industries.
• Develop and implement tailored risk management strategies and provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, prepare client presentations and reports, and communicate complex risk concepts clearly.
• Perform internal and ISO‑based audits covering technical areas such as operations, maintenance, HSE and asset management.
• Travel to client sites as required and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum) with a master’s and relevant certifications.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm, and strong understanding of the energy and resources sector.
• Excellent presentation and data‑analytics abilities using MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams and solve complex problems.
