Senior Associate/Consultant – Technical Advisory (ERS, GRC, ENR)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate/Consultant to join our Advisory – Governance, Risk and Compliance team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on risk‑based internal audit, corporate governance, internal control reviews and enterprise risk management for clients in Energy, Natural Resources, Manufacturing and Utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients in the targeted industries.
• Develop and implement tailored risk‑management strategies and provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and prepare client presentations and reports.
• Perform internal and ISO‑based audits covering technical areas such as operations, maintenance, HSE, asset management and policy development.
• Manage multiple projects, lead teams, and support business development proposals.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum) with a master’s and relevant certifications.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm, and strong understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
• Excellent presentation and data‑analytics abilities using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Good knowledge of technical areas including ISO standards, risk management, HSE and asset management.
