Senior Bids & Tender Executive – 6‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

We are looking for an experienced bid professional to lead the end‑to‑end tender process on a 6‑month maternity cover contract in Dubai. The Senior Bids & Tender Executive will develop compelling proposals, coordinate multiple bids and work closely with stakeholders to secure new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full bid and tender process from opportunity qualification through to submission and post‑bid reviews.
• Lead bid kick‑off meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to identify win themes and client insights.
• Produce engaging, high‑quality proposal and tender content tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate multiple bids and projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Maintain bid trackers, reporting metrics, and tender renewal schedules.
• Identify content gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of bid content, processes, and win rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience managing tenders, bids and proposals from initiation to submission.
• Strong proposal writing and content development abilities.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards.
