Senior Brand Executive - Retail (Sinyar Management Program)

About the role

As part of the Sinyar Management Program, Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for a Senior Brand Executive. This is a defined position with real business responsibilities, alongside a structured development journey. You will support the growth and performance of the brand across stores and markets, working closely with the General Manager, stores, principal and regional teams, and will gain broad exposure across commercial performance, buying, merchandising, store operations, marketing and brand management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales, margin, sell-through and stock performance across stores and markets, prepare regular trading and performance reports, track performance against budget and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support seasonal buying, range planning and Open-to-Buy tracking, coordinate orders, follow up with suppliers and logistics teams, gather store and customer feedback, and support allocation, replenishment and inter-store transfers.
• Conduct store visits, support brand and visual-merchandising standards, review stock presentation and customer service, work with Store Managers on improvements and follow up on agreed actions.
• Coordinate local execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, CRM and digital activities, ensure they align with brand guidelines and market needs, and review campaign performance.
• Build relationships with principal and internal stakeholders, coordinate information and approvals between teams, support cross-functional initiatives across Retail, Marketing, Merchandising and Operations, and represent the brand in meetings when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Retail, Brand Management, Buying & Merchandising or Marketing.
• Strong commercial understanding of sales, margin and stock KPIs.
• Understanding of store operations and visual merchandising.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
