Senior Business Development Consultant

About the role

Thrive Space Consultants is looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant to drive growth of its corporate services portfolio across the UAE. You will work closely with entrepreneurs and investors, guiding them through company formation and related regulatory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise entrepreneurs and investors on the most suitable UAE business setup solutions.
• Manage the full consultative sales process from enquiry to successful deal closure.
• Sell Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation services.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Zoho CRM.
• Conduct client meetings and provide clear, practical business advice.
• Handle client queries relating to licensing, taxation basics, visa processes, banking, and business setup options.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities and internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE Business Setup or corporate services sales experience, or a strong consultative sales background.
• Good understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
• Knowledge of licensing procedures, visa processes, and UAE regulations.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
