Senior Business Development - Corporate Services & Employer of Record (EOR)

About the role

We are seeking a senior business development professional to drive growth for our corporate services and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to expand our market reach, generate new revenue streams, and support existing client expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new leads for corporate and EOR services.
• Conduct discovery calls, manage opportunities, and close deals.
• Own and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Partner with the sales team to support account expansion, share workload, and provide holiday coverage.

Required profile

• B2B sales experience, preferably in professional, corporate, HR, or EOR services.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑outreach skills using LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a competitive, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
