Senior Business Development Manager - Cybersecurity

About the role

A company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain and a proven track record of driving business growth and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the UAE market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging threats to position the company as a thought leader.
• Report regularly to senior management on business development progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 6 years of business development experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven experience in the UAE market is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
