Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager

About the role

EliteBPO, a Dubai‑based BPO provider, is looking for a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth across the United Arab Emirates. You will lead the development of new client relationships, shape marketing initiatives, and expand the company’s service portfolio in customer support, HR, finance, recruitment and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement business development and marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue prospective B2B clients requiring outsourcing services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, referrals and structured outreach.
• Prepare proposals, capability presentations, commercial submissions and solution recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage client relationships from initial consultation through contract negotiation and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of senior B2B business development, marketing or consultative sales experience, preferably in BPO or professional services.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, develop proposals and close complex service engagements.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms.
• Competence in sales reporting tools.
