Senior Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Velarozone is looking for an experienced Senior Business Setup Advisor to manage high‑value client portfolios and complex company formation cases across the UAE. You will act as a strategic consultant, delivering end‑to‑end market entry solutions and ensuring a premium client experience from initial contact to licence issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end engagements for mainland, free‑zone and offshore company formations.
• Design customized setup strategies based on industry, ownership structure, visa needs and long‑term goals.
• Manage relationships with free‑zone authorities, DED and other government bodies to resolve complex cases and accelerate approvals.
• Mentor junior advisors, review proposals and support their development.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities such as visa packages, office solutions, VAT registration and corporate bank account opening.
• Negotiate with service providers and maintain partnerships to optimise client offerings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate regulations and keep the team updated on legislative changes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of proven experience in UAE business setup, corporate services or a related advisory role.
• Deep knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland licensing procedures and visa/immigration processes.
• Track record of independently managing complex, high‑value client accounts.
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of UAE corporate and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to design tailored market entry strategies.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and mentorship.
