Senior CAD Specialist

About the role

The Senior CAD Specialist will manage, prepare, and control all drawing deliverables for the Developer’s Services team. This role supports mapping and urban planning activities, providing accurate CAD and GIS documentation to internal stakeholders and prospective investors.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, update, and maintain drawings using AutoCAD in line with urban planning directives.
• Develop and manage a database of drawings, files, and reports for easy reference.
• Create technical plans from sketches, including master plans, subdivision layouts, utilities, and infrastructure designs.
• Provide up‑to‑date AutoCAD drawings to investors to facilitate their technical designs.
• Assist in development reviews for Kizad clients and coordinate GIS plan updates.
• Notify document controllers of any drawing submissions or revisions.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Urban planning certification or experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD and land or infrastructure planning.
