About the role
The Senior Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality food across all kitchen sections at the Ibn Battuta Mall location. You will help build a motivated team, maintain consistent standards, and continuously elevate guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with preparation and service of all kitchen sections.
- Communicate stock levels, best practices and quality control information to team members.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality, quantity and recipe standards.
- Control food storage, minimise spoilage and waste, and exercise portion control.
- Follow company food hygiene guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 3‑star or higher hotel.
- Background in hotel/F&B environment.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Good computer literacy.
- People‑management experience with multicultural teams.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for culinary arts.
