Senior Cloud Sales - MaaS & AI

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Senior Cloud Sales professional in Dubai, focused on MaaS and AI. The role combines account management, solution selling and business development for Alibaba Cloud, targeting mid-to-large enterprises and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze key industries in the assigned market, map the customer's decision chain and turn business needs into qualified opportunities
• Drive upsell and cross-sell with existing customers and maintain regular contact with prospects and clients
• Communicate the technical value of Alibaba Cloud's core offerings, including the Apsara Cloud Operating System, the 7 Core Products and AI/Intelligent Computing solutions, and present standardized solutions independently
• Work with Solutions Architects to tailor solutions to each customer's scenario and articulate competitive advantages
• Use negotiation, pricing proposals and persuasive communication to close deals and meet performance targets
• Escalate customer experience issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution
• Support the customer lifecycle, resolve product usage issues and accelerate adoption of Alibaba Cloud products
• Build multi-level relationships, including with C-level executives, and lead executive engagement activities

Required profile

• Over 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with a proven record in public cloud sales and B2B/B2G or pre-sales roles
• Prior experience in large-scale customer stack migrations and scaling revenue across Key Accounts
• Industry-specific domain expertise and experience with core competitors preferred
• Ability to diagnose technical challenges and propose competitive solutions
• Experience establishing partnerships with mid-to-large enterprises from scratch and leading end-to-end mid-sized projects
