Senior Compliance Manager

About the role

The Senior Compliance Manager will lead regulatory compliance and AML/CTF obligations across a portfolio of client mandates in the UAE region. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the role combines delivery of high‑quality compliance services with business development to grow the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an outsourced Compliance Officer and MLRO, ensuring timely execution of compliance deliverables and effective regulator communication.
• Design, implement and monitor compliance and AML frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and address identified gaps.
• Deliver training programmes on compliance, AML and governance topics to client staff.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships and representing the firm at industry events.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in regulatory compliance, AML/CTF and interaction with regulators across the region.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client mandates, deliver projects on schedule and maintain high client satisfaction.
