Senior Compliance Manager

About the role

The Senior Compliance Manager will lead the development and implementation of ethics and compliance policies, programmes and projects for Mubadala Investment Company, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain ethics and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current laws and regulations.
• Lead ethics and compliance projects, manage risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures across assigned business functions.
• Design and deliver training programmes to raise awareness of corporate governance, ethics and compliance.
• Communicate compliance initiatives, supervise external partners, and drive continuous improvement of policies and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor or graduate-level degree in law or a related discipline from an internationally recognised institution.
• Minimum 13 years of progressive senior‑level experience in ethics, compliance or regulatory‑enforcement management.
• Relevant certification such as CCEP or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of local and international compliance regulations and ability to apply best practices.
