About the role
Penspen is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to oversee civil construction activities for an LNG gas project in Abu Dhabi on behalf of the PMC.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise civil works ensuring contractors follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
- Monitor safety compliance and adherence to HSE procedures throughout the construction phase.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years on LNG or major oil & gas projects and experience with ADNOC projects.
- Proven experience supervising earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, underground services and related infrastructure.
- Knowledge of civil construction codes, quality requirements and HSE procedures.
- Previous PMC or client‑side experience is preferred.
