Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of high‑rise commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction works according to approved drawings, specifications, standards and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Monitor progress, prepare recovery plans and implement corrective actions to avoid schedule slippages.
• Manage manpower, materials and plant deployment, ensuring timely procurement and optimal productivity.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, consultants and vendors, certify work completion and facilitate payments.
• Enforce quality standards, safety regulations and site housekeeping to achieve zero incidents.
• Control material wastage, reconcile consumption versus estimates and implement cost‑control measures.
• Propose value‑engineering initiatives and innovative methods to improve project performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10‑15 years of construction experience, with at least 8 years in the UAE, preferably on mid‑rise/high‑rise projects.
• Proven track record as a Construction Manager on at least two residential building projects from start to hand‑over.
• Strong ownership, reliability, positive attitude and ability to mentor junior engineers.
