Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

Building CO. (BEST) L.L.C is looking for an experienced Project Manager in Dubai to lead and oversee construction projects from initial planning through completion and final handover. The role suits someone with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects, who can ensure timely delivery, effective budget control and compliance with quality and health and safety standards. It calls for strong leadership and coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning and execution to completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation and cost control plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications and HSE requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, contract variations, claims and contractual obligations.
• Prepare regular progress reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Deliver projects within approved budgets and agreed timelines, in line with company policies, industry regulations and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Proven knowledge of contract administration, claims management, variations and contractual obligations.
• Understanding of construction standards, quality management systems and HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
