Senior Consultant – Business Transformation & Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our global business and technology services team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role you will support clients through complex transformation and technology initiatives, combining digital strategy, product development, experience design, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of business transformation, technology, and product development projects across diverse client engagements.
• Analyze client challenges, business requirements, and processes to design practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams covering digital strategy, experience design, engineering, and specialist functions.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand objectives, present recommendations, gather feedback, and align priorities.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, documentation, presentations, and high‑quality deliverables.
• Apply structured problem‑solving and analytical approaches to address complex business and technology challenges.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and enhanced user experiences.
• Manage assigned workstreams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, product development, digital strategy, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured approach to complex issues.
• Experience working on client‑facing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into practical solutions.
