Senior Consultant – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

About the role

Jedox provides a cloud‑based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform that helps organisations capture data, align goals and drive decisive action. As a Senior Consultant EPM you will work closely with customers—especially CFO offices—to design, implement and optimise planning, reporting and analysis processes using the Jedox solution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics, advising customers on best practices and industry trends.
• Lead design workshops, translate outcomes into implementation concepts and ensure value realisation for clients.
• Develop recommendations for business‑process adjustments and support customers through change management.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, Go‑to‑Market teams and Product Managers to align solutions with customer needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business department.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with C‑level stakeholders.
• Business‑fluent English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field.

Required skills

• Expertise with the Jedox EPM platform.
• Experience with collaborative FP&A or other EPM software solutions.
